On Deck Sports Commitment to Quality
Our high standard for quality products is very important to us. If anything you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, please call us immediately. If you do have a problem, we will do everything we can to correct it. Our staff takes great pride in making sure the customer is satisfied.
Ordering
Orders can be placed on our website at www.ondecksports.com, by phone, mail, or fax. All prices are FOB Brockton, Massachusetts or manufacturer unless otherwise indicated. Current prices apply at time of shipment, and prices are subject to change without notice. On Deck Sports reserves the right to change product lines with new products of equal or superior quality.
Terms
To process your order, we need a purchase order, a wire transfer authorization, or a credit card authorization. On Deck Sports accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks (before any item is shipped). No CODs are accepted. Approved credit accounts will be billed Net 30 from the date of the invoice. A 1.5% finance charge will be assessed against all accounts past 30 days from date of the invoice.
If your check is returned, it may be collected electronically and you will be assessed a processing fee as allowed by law. The check writer is also responsible for all other check recovery costs, including all attorney fees, court costs and taxes. Jurisdiction on all disputes shall be Brockton, MA.
Shipping
On Deck Sports will expedite any Ground shipment at the customer's request. Otherwise, products will ship via standard FedEx Ground or Freight (truck). Freight deliveries cannot be shipped by Next Day, Two Day, or Three Day methods. Regular ground, freight, and expedited shipping charges will be paid by the customer. All prices are F.O.B. Brockton, Massachusetts or manufacturer. Freight and FedEx shipments (as well as product cost) will be prepaid with the original invoice.
Deliveries to residential addresses will cost more than deliveries to a valid commercial address.
Refused Freight deliveries will incur charges for both directions of travel - round trip. Deliveries scheduled by the customer to an address deemed invalid by the shipping company will be subject to an additional shipping charge. Truck drivers are not responsible for assisting in moving freight from the truck. Some are very kind and will help you past their responsibilities. Others will limit their assistance to their job requirements. You will need to be prepared to move item(s) off of the truck to their final location without the help of the truck driver. Original freight for refused shipments will not be refunded. Freight charges incurred by refusing delivery will also be deducted from the returned merchandise value. All packages are insured.
We do want you to be aware that items may be very large and expensive to ship. While buyer's remorse may only cost you a few dollars for a batting tee, it may cost hundreds of dollars for a larger item.
Sales Tax
State law requires us to collect sales tax from Massachusetts customers (who are not tax exempt) only.
Damaged Items
Damage occurring during shipping must be noted on the bill of lading at time of delivery and reported to On Deck Sports within 10 days after delivery. We need this time so that proper damage claims can be made against the carrier. Failure to report any problems to On Deck Sports within 10 days will forfeit any damage claims with On Deck Sports.
Discrepancies
All shipment discrepancies must be reported to On Deck Sports within 30 days of the invoice date. On Deck Sports will not be responsible for any claims filed after 30 days.
Returns
You may return any item for refund, credit, or exchange if it is in resalable condition. Customers must obtain a return authorization number before returning an item to On Deck Sports. A restocking fee of 20% and return shipping costs will be charged. On Deck Sports will not accept returns for items that are more than 3 months past their invoice date.

Our Used Turf Policy:
All our used products are sold "as is" and do not come with a warranty. Used products may have stains or other imperfections.
Pitching Machine Policy
On Deck Sports provides many different types of pitching machines and prides itself on their quality. If the machine has been used, however, it cannot be returned for a refund. Machine must be in its original packaging for any return possibility.
Custom Netting Policy
On Deck Sports nets are hand made from the best materials. Netting products do incur normal wear and tear, and this is not considered a defect. All Netting is black unless otherwise indicated.
Once manufacturing has begun, any custom netting order cannot be returned.
Warranty
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of the products. Use of products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty.
Customer Advisory and Warning
As with any physical activity, participation in athletics at any level comes with inherent risks of accidental injury. Under no circumstances should equipment used for these activities be altered, tampered with, or used when damaged. Such equipment should NEVER be used without direct adult supervision and only after examination for damage, wear, proper function, and proper maintenance. The equipment should never be employed for any activity other than that for which it was specifically intended. Participants should always know or be made specifically aware of the risks involved in the activity they are participating in as well as their own physical limitations and that of the equipment being used.
