The set of 3 Target Bases will help to prevent the risk of injuries from sliding. The orange corner square is the "target". The target is there to teach players proper footwork and gives a target for where to slide correctly. The orange jumps out at infielders and will prevent them from tripping over the base and turning an ankle.
