I use these with my club team. One of the best hitting tool you can use to add power for your batters. Helps them understand how important it is to rotate the hips and drive the barrel of the bat through the ball. Instant feed back when hit wrong. The girls all love to use them during practice. We also use them for pre game warm ups with limited space. No hitting net needed.
