Welcome back to this week’s rendition of facility feature friday! Up this week is Just DAWGS in Santa Fe, Texas!
Just DAWGS is a sports organization that is committed to training players based on winning as a collective unit. Instead of focusing on individual strengths and weaknesses, the coaches at Just DAWGS measure success based on outcomes by the team. This is through Discipline, Accountability, Will, Grit, and Synergy (DAWGS), as well as their motto of “because they said we couldn’t.”
With baseball and softball as its primary focus, Just DAWGS has teams from the 10U level to the 16U level. These teams compete in Perfect Game USA Baseball and Softball. In addition, don’t forget to check out their merch and Instagram page!
On Deck Sports is proud to have installed this batting cage and turf facility at Just DAWGS! They chose our #42 Nylon Custom Batting Cage, two cages with dimensions of 70’ L x 42’ W x 13’ H each. The batting cages are even retractable! In addition, Just DAWGS installed 2,500+ sq.ft. of our #42 netting as perimeter netting.
This comes with three 40 oz vinyl backdrops, custom windscreen barriers, and our Rollout Rubber Flooring and GT48 Padded Artificial Turf! The rubber flooring takes up 400 sq.ft. while the GT48 turf takes up 3,930 sq.ft.! Just DAWGS chose black colors for both the rubber flooring and turf to match their company logo and branding. Our black flooring and turf displays toughness and grit, which is what Just DAWGS is all about!
Our facility experts helped them land on our top-of-the-line #42 netting, as On Deck Sports coat’s and dye’s each individual strand of netting while using UV inhibitors for extra durability.
